And we're off! It's time to get your fall fundraising off to a rip roaring start!

Fall Fundraising Instructions 2020

​​What?    
​We have two fundraisers kicking off this fall, Club's Choice (cookie dough and pizza--but also so much more!) and Gerten's (flowers and holiday decorations). You can participate in any or all of the fundraisers by selling items--or by purchasing yourself for your friends and family.

Each fundraiser has a different set of instructions; see below for more information.The button in the upper right links to a document with complete instructions for both fundraisers.

Why?       
The Booster Club keeps track of all the profits that each student earns from individual fundraisers. These dollars go directly into your students Individual Student Account (ISA). When it comes time to pay for choir tours or voice lessons or shirts/apparel, you can use your dollars to pay for these activities.

Who?     
​All Armstrong choir students, grades 9-12! Fundraise now for future tours and other choir-related expenses! 

Due Dates
All online order forms close on Sunday, Oct 18, 10pm! Orders must be placed before then!

​Pickup: Monday, Nov 23 from 2-5pm at Armstrong High School.
​Please plan to deliver items to your customers as soon as possible after pick-up.

Gerten's Flowers and Holiday Decorations

Here is the link that you need! Share that link with your customers!

• The sellers’ job is to promote the link.
• Click on a chosen item to view pictures and item description.
• The customers will all place their orders and pay with a credit card on our group’s page.
• The seller’s name is a required field.
• The customers will receive an email confirmation of their order after it is complete.
• Sale date ends Sunday, October 18, 2020 at 10:00 pm. This is a firm due date. Orders will not be able to be added after the site closes.

Tips for Success: remind customers to “list me as the seller” to get credit for your sale. You may want to help relatives place their orders online. Check in with your regular customers to make sure their order is placed.

• Set up your student account
• Enter contacts (one at a time)
• You can choose to have notifications sent to you when an order has been placed.
• Emails or texts will be sent to your contacts/customers.
• Customers will be provided a link that will give you credit for the sale.
• Customers will place their orders and pay with a credit card.
• Sale date ends Sunday, October 18, 2020 at 10:00 pm. This is a firm due date. Orders will not be able to be added after the site closes.
• Products will be packaged per customer order (including your name) and delivered to Armstrong High School for you to pick up and make the delivery to your customers. (Customers may choose home delivery for an added cost.)
