Basketball Tournament Fundraiser May 9 & 10, 2015!
We have a NEW, one-time, fundraising opportunity! Singers AND parents can earn up to $180 – or more! Want to know how?
Singers and parents can sign up to work at a Basketball Tournament on May 9 and 10 at Armstrong High School. You can sell tickets, work the concession stand, run the clocks, or oversee all the volunteers.
ALL MONEY EARNED GOES INTO YOUR INDIVIDUAL STUDENT ACCOUNT! Singers, or anyone who works on behalf of a singer, will earn money for their Individual Student Account (ISA). This money can be used to pay for choir tours, choir apparel, voice lessons, or choir fees. What a great way to get started for next year’s tour or voice lessons!
The profits earned at a Basketball Tournament vary. It’s not possible to say exactly how much you’ll earn but we can tell you that profits can be anywhere from $45 to $90 for a 3 to 4 hour shift. So if one person works a shift, he or she can earn $45 to $90 for the ISA. If two people work one shift, they can put $90 to $180 in the student’s ISA. If additional family or friends work a shift, or if you work more than one shift -- you can see how the money adds up! (Anyone can help out a student; it doesn’t need to be someone from your family. If someone is willing to help out the student, we are willing to put that money in the choir student’s ISA for their efforts!)
The Basketball Tournament is the weekend of May 9th and 10th. (May 10th is Mother’s Day.) Choir students and families have the opportunity to fill 56 slots. Sign up NOW to get the ones that work best for you!

Gertens Spring Plant Sale Fundraiser
Spring is on the way . . .
This is a great way to earn money for your individual choir account. You will earn a profit of about 40% on each item sold. Gertens is one of the largest growers of annuals and perennials in the Twin Cities. The plants are high quality and grow well, so your customers will love them! Sell to parents, friends, family, teachers and neighbors!
To participate in the fundraiser, students should fill out a separate form (Student Use Form) for personal record keeping. Keep this form so you can deliver the specific items ordered to the correct individuals. At the end of the sales period, please turn in ONE form (Master Order Form) summarizing all of your sales with counts and dollars totaled. The Master Order Form is a functional Excel spreadsheet. Please use it because it reduces errors. Turn in your Master Order Form and checks or money orders to Mrs. Trump or Mr. Rangel by Thursday, March 20. Delivery will be on May 5th at Mrs. Trump's home at 5045 Jonquil Lane, Plymouth 55442. Payment (checks or money orders, no cash) must be turned in with orders.
